Grand Launching of Capital Smart City 06 OCT 2019
in Islamabad
The grand launch ceremony of Pakistan's first smart city project titled, "Capital Smart City
(CSC)” was held on Sunday, 6th October 2019 in Serena Hotel, Islamabad. A large number of
investors, realtors, industry gurus, international consultants, architects and designers
attended this grand launching event. Group COO, Capital Smart City, Muhammad Aslam
Malik in his opening remarks stated, "We are the first ever smart city in Pakistan. The only
housing project with an approved dedicated interchange on M2 Motorway". The project has
already won the attention of the government and major stakeholders in Pakistan who are
primarily concerned about the growing housing demands in Pakistan. Capital Smart City is
currently the first smart city in Pakistan and overall 23rd in the world.
